These Terms & Conditions govern use of the websites, software, and messaging services provided by Xcelerate Digital LLC (“Xcelerate Digital,” “we,” “us”), operated together with Xcelerate Recruiting INC under common ownership. References to “Xcelerate” in the messaging program below refer to this business. By using our services you agree to these terms.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program name: Xcelerate Scheduling Notifications
Program description:Operational scheduling notifications between a business owner and his own scheduling system. The owner initiates by texting a job request; the system replies with proposed appointment details, which the owner confirms or declines by reply. Messages are operational only — no marketing or promotional content is sent.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the requests you send. Typical volume is up to 30 messages per day.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-join, text START to the same number.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent collected for this program are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Use of services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xcelerate Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
