When you submit the application form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone number, industry, headcount, and your description of the process you’d like to improve.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

- To communicate with you about the pilot program if you’ve applied
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your information to anyone
- We do not share your information with third parties except service providers needed to operate this site and process applications
- We do not send marketing email you haven’t asked for
Advertising and analytics

SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to our text messaging program (Xcelerate Scheduling Notifications), we collect your mobile phone number and the content of messages you send to and receive from the system, solely to provide the scheduling service. We will not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except our messaging provider as required to operate the service. Data retention
We keep application information as long as needed to evaluate and communicate about the pilot program. You can request deletion of your information at any time.
